About the Organization

Mission

rofound Ladies leads in diversifying the teaching force by recruiting and retaining Women, who identify as BIPOC. Teachers are supported as early as their sophomore year in college, through their critical years in education, and prior to the 5 year attrition mark.

Services

We focus our attention on developing systems change leadership in our teachers through specific training and development in SEL and Anti-racist teaching practices. Our members are paired with an Impact Leader providing them with 20 hours of 1:1 coaching. In this coaching, members spend time developing professional and personal goals aligned to the impact they desire to have in the world. In addition to 1:1 coaching, members engage in weeklong programming once a month, called workshop week. Members also have access to retreats and conferences hosted and sponsored by our organization throughout the school year. we offer professional development learning series around anti-racist practices for all school teams, in hopes of influencing the working conditions of our educators.
