About the Organization

Mission

Our mission of the Educational Equity Institute is to create paths toward racial healing through authentic engagement and relationships that empower communities to engage in transformation of the educational system.

Services

We offer a variety of trainings, including our introductory training, historical trauma, culture of workplace equity, and culturally responsive anti-bias practices. We also have a train-the-trainer model focused on culturally responsive anti-bias practices. We also support organizations in systems level change using an appreciative inquiry framework.
