About the Organization

Mission

ISLA builds community and leadership through educational Spanish language and cultural immersion programs.

Services

ISLA Los Sábados - a weekly educational heritage language and cultural immersion program for children ages 3 to 18.
ISLA Padres - a program that supports Hispanic/Latine parents in navigating the US education system, helping them find access to educational resources, learn how to advocate for their children, and empower them to become leaders in the community.
Spanish Online - a program that provides an opportunity for adults to build a foundation in the Spanish language and an understanding of cultural diversity.
ISLA Verano - a summer program for students in grades k-5th grade to learn Spanish through culture, in a fun and interactive environment. ISLA Verano exposures children to different languages and cultures to help them gain an appreciation for the world around them.
