The Dudley Flood Center for Educational Equity and Opportunity convenes equity officers from across the state as they explore the identification of educational inequities in and across North Carolina’s educational systems. We deliver a customized program of support based on the following priorities:

• Facilitating a peer network for equity officers from across school districts in North Carolina

• Assisting with providing support and professional development for the equity officer network

• Creating a peer learning community to learn, collaborate, and scale implementation of practices of promise to address inequitable outcomes
