Pipeline & Leadership Development

Supporting the development, retention, and advancement of equity-centered educators and leaders.

OUR INITIATIVES

We support the development, retention, and advancement of equity-centered educators and leaders. This includes early-career teacher support, culturally-affirming leadership pathways for practitioners of color, and system-level leadership coaching. Through spaces that recruit, support, and retain a diverse education workforce, we cultivate mentorship networks and leadership pipelines designed to strengthen a connected ecosystem of change agents across North Carolina. We also accelerate the growth of emerging leaders from historically marginalized communities with a focus on policy fluency and organizing skills—building capacity for transformational leadership throughout the education landscape.
