Dudley E. Flood became a Phi Beta Sigma Fraternity, Inc. member, which values “Culture for Service and Service for Humanity.” He was drawn to the fraternity to promote service within the brotherhood and support his community. During his membership, he also served as the Director of Sigma Scholars Foundation, Inc.. The Sigma Scholars Inc. is a 501 (c) 3 foundation that supports students who have been accepted and who have committed to attending a Two-Year College (Associate’s Program) or Four-Year College(Bachelor’s Program) after graduating from High School.
