About the Organization

Mission

Black women deserve success that doesn’t require self-abandonment. I’ve built the skills and strategies to help women thrive. Through coaching, speaking, and workshops, I support women with setting boundaries, reclaiming energy, and stepping into lives and careers that feel sustainable and aligned

Services

I support individuals and organizations through: Individual and group coaching for burnout recovery, boundaries, confidence, emotional regulation, and identity Speaking and professional development trainings on burnout, belonging, psychological safety, emotional wellness, and healthy relationships Workshops and keynotes for organizations committed to building sustainable performance and well-being My approach blends clinical skill, lived experience, and practical tools to create meaningful, lasting change. I am a licensed mental health therapist experienced in cognitive behavioral therapy in clinical work, higher education, and mental wellness programming focused on belonging, identity, and the workplace experiences of Black women in predominantly white spaces.
