The mission of the WELL is to provide Wake County high school students with opportunities for achievement, enrichment and service in preparation for personal and academic success.

Free tutoring; post-secondary prep; youth development workshops; workforce development workshops; access to mental health and career counseling; service learning; advocacy workshops
