The DRIVE Coalition Annual Summit brings together educators, policymakers, community leaders, and advocates committed to strengthening North Carolina’s educator diversity pipeline. This yearly gathering creates space for shared learning, strategic collaboration, and collective action to advance the recruitment, preparation, support, and retention of educators of color.

This convening is designed for K–12 educators, higher education partners, district leaders, policy-makers, community organizations, and anyone committed to advancing equity through educator diversity.
