Explore ways to strengthen pathways for Black educators. Identify strategies, partnerships, and actions that advance educational equity. Create individual and collective commitments. Leave with clear next steps for moving the work forward. Through reflection, connection, and collective action, we will honor those who came before us while building the future our children deserve.
